Return Policy

You have 7 days after receiving your order to decide if you want to keep or return your items. Handbags and final sale items are non-returnable. However, we do guarantee the quality and authenticity of handbags. If you have questions regarding a handbag or final sale item that was purchased, please contact us.

 

Important to know:

 

  • To qualify for a refund, all items must be in the same condition in which you received them (New with Tags items must be returned with original tags attached)

  • If an item does not arrive as described, please reach out to the Repeat Love support team.

  • Original shipping charge is not refunded when returning items

  • No shipping label- no shipping label will be provided and you are responsible for shipping the item back.

  • Once we receive your returns, please allow 5-7 business days for it to be processed.  Once the return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Return Payments (credit cards, PayPal, etc.) can take up to 3-5 business days to refund.

    • Refunds will be issued back to your original form of payment.

    • Promotions and discounts will not be reimbursed

When will my return be processed?

 

Within 1-2 business days of Repeat Love receiving your returns, you will receive an email notifying you that your items have been refunded.
